Steps to set up new users.
On-Premise

  1. Add user to AD
  2. Add to On-Prem Exchange (Exchange On-Prem)
  3. Add or verify Proxy Addresses in AD
    • (case determines primary or alias)
    • SMTP:primary@doamin
    • smtp:aliase@domain
  4. Update address, telephone, and title data in AD for signature
  5. Wait for 30 min. for Azure to sync

365 – portal.office.com

  1. Add 365 license
  2. Migrate account to 365 (Exchange On-Prem)

NMS

  1. Add to KP
  2. Add to CRM

User PC

  1. Login to: office.com, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams
  2. Send a test email to support
