- Stop the FlexNet licensing service
- Delete the files in this folder: “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet”
- Delete one file in this folder: “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FLEXnet Publisher” but NOT the FNPLicensingService.exe file.
- RestartedFlexNet licensing service
- Oened the program and activate it.
