Open AutoCAD and go to Options by typing OPTIONS in the command line.
In the Files tab, locate Printer Support File Path > Plot Style Table Search Path.
Verify that the correct folder containing your .ctb or .stb files (plot styles) is listed. If not, update the path to where your plot style files are stored.
2. Reinstall or Copy Missing Plot Style Files:
If you don’t see any .ctb or .stb files in the specified folder, try to copy them from another location:
Look in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20xx\Plotters\Plot Styles (replace 20xx with your AutoCAD version).
Copy the .ctb or .stb files from this folder to your specified plot style folder if needed.
3. Switch to the Correct Plot Style Mode (Color-dependent or Named):
Check if your drawing is set to Color-Dependent Plot Style Tables (.ctb) or Named Plot Style Tables (.stb).
To convert between them, use the CONVERTPSTYLES command:
Open the drawing, type CONVERTPSTYLES, and follow the prompts.
After conversion, try accessing the plot styles again.
